Vestead™ (a brand of IVK Tech Corp, a Delaware corporation — together, "Vestead," "we," "us") provides verification, routing, and transaction-tracking infrastructure to businesses. We do not market to consumers, take applications from consumers, negotiate transaction terms with consumers, or contract with consumers.
1. No lending, brokering, or loan origination
Vestead is not a bank, lender, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or loan servicer, and is not registered with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). Vestead does not make credit decisions, extend credit, take residential mortgage loan applications, or offer or negotiate the terms of any loan. Any financial product referenced in connection with the platform is offered solely by independent third parties who are responsible for holding all licenses required for their own activities. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or an advertisement for any specific credit product or credit terms.
2. No offer or solicitation of securities
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor does anything on this website constitute investment advice or a recommendation of any investment or transaction. Vestead's partner-standards program — including license verification at onboarding — is a contractual risk-management program and is not a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of any partner or of any partner's conduct.
5. No government affiliation
Vestead is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, or any other government agency.
6. Verification and platform records
References on this website to "verification," "verified files," or platform records describe checks performed against records and documentation available to the platform at the time of processing, and the recording of those checks on the platform's ledger infrastructure. Such verification is a data-integrity process. It is not an appraisal, a title opinion, a guarantee of ownership, value, or condition, or a substitute for independent due diligence, and platform records are not represented to have any particular evidentiary status in any proceeding.
