This Privacy Policy explains how IVK Tech Corp, a Delaware corporation, doing business as Vestead ("Vestead," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the vestead.app website (the "Site"). The Site is a business-to-business site; it is not directed at consumers or children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Data handled within the Vestead platform itself is governed by the written agreements between IVK Tech Corp and its partners, which control in the event of any conflict with this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. If you contact us by email or through the Site, we collect the information you choose to send — typically your name, business email address, company, role, and the content of your inquiry.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, including through cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Site does not require cookies to be read.
- Information from partners and service providers. In connection with partner onboarding, we may receive business contact and licensing information from you, from public licensing databases, or from verification service providers, under the agreements that govern onboarding.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective and current partners;
- To evaluate, onboard, and manage business partnerships, including license verification;
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and these policies; and
- To protect the rights, safety, and property of Vestead, our partners, and others.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, hosting, email, analytics, and verification providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Within our corporate group, including with our technology licensor, WishKnish Corp., where necessary to operate the platform;
- With professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants under duties of confidentiality;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, or property; and
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary protections.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal and contractual obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements, and then delete or de-identify it in the ordinary course.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this Policy does not apply to them.
